You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with Dream Realism, protected by international copyright law (Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, EU Copyright Directive, DMCA).
The Software uses a license key verification system that contacts our server to validate your key. Only the license key is transmitted. No personal data, hardware IDs, passwords, files, or Steam credentials are collected.
After cancelling your subscription, you keep permanent access to the version you had. Future updates and premium support end with your subscription.
Redistribute, upload, or share the Software on any platform
Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or de-obfuscate the code
Bypass, disable, or tamper with the license or protection system
Share, sell, or transfer your license key
Use the Software commercially without written permission (Personal YouTube/Twitch/social media content is allowed)
================================================================================ 3. SERVICE & REFUNDS
We do not guarantee 100% server uptime. Outages may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, or force majeure. The Software includes a grace period for temporary server unavailability.
Temporary downtime does not entitle you to a refund. All purchases are final due to the digital nature of the product.
If you permanently lose access due to a verified issue on our side that is not resolved within 30 days, we will either issue a replacement key or refund your last billing period (proof of purchase required).
EU consumers: By activating the Software, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
We collect: License key, activation status, basic server logs (max 30 days). We do NOT collect: Personal files, passwords, hardware IDs, Steam data, registry data. No tracking cookies. No gameplay recording.
The Software only reads/writes its own config files within the game directory. Payments are handled by third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) - we never see your payment details.
GDPR rights (EU users): You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time via contact@dreamrealismac.com. We respond within 30 days. We do not sell your data.

Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for damages from use of the Software (data loss, crashes, hardware issues).
Beta/early access content is confidential. Leaking results in permanent ban and potential legal action.
Violation of these terms results in immediate license termination and ban.
Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
